Our client, an MNC of FMCG industry is looking for a (Senior) Compliance Director based in Shenzhen. This role will cover various regulatory compliance topics, including pricing, anti-trust, consumer protection arising from the business daily operation, as well as the invesitgation, by leading a team. The budget is up to RMB 2.5m.

 Requirements

• with minimum 15 years’ working experience in the firm and/or MNC;
• Experience in compliance practice is a must;
• Legal practice experience is preferred;
• High English working proficiency is required;
